Title: Bombay Potatoes (Michelle)

1 1/2tsBlack mustard seeds
1mdSized onion sliced thinly
3 Cloves of garlic chopped
2 1/2 Teasponns ghee or vegetable
  Oil
3tsGaram Masala (or curry
  Powder)
1 1/2lbBoiled cubed potatoes
3 Green chili's

Heat the oil and add the mustard seeds, cover and wait for the popping to stop. add the onion and garlic and fry on low heat until the onion is translucent. Add Chili and Garam Masala and fry for a couple of minutes keeping it moving so it does not stick.
